St John Bosco Catholic Primary School

Our tag rugby team had a great time despite several downpours and ended up coming 3rd in the Catholic Schools Competition. They performed extremely well from start to finish, scoring many tries through quick attacking play. In the first phase of the competition we secured two wins and a narrow loss to qualify for the top group. The standard was extremely high in this league, with the best four teams competing for the main trophy. Our children were fantastic with their attitude and performances but lost two and drew one, although we secured bonus points in each of these high scoring games to finish in a very respectable 3rd place. Well done to everyone and thanks to Mrs Patel for joining us. The laces go to Paulina, who showing fantastic sporting behaviour throughout, always quick to shake hands with her opponents.
