Year 1 have had another fantastic week with their learning at home. In Science, they have been learning all about eating a healthy diet. The children explored the importance of a balanced diet and learnt about the 5 different food groups before creating an Eat-Well Plate and designing healthy meals. The children learned about the amazing things that fruit and vegetables contain that keep our bodies healthy, such as vitamins and minerals.
