For Lent, we are supporting both CAFOD’s campaign ‘Walk for Water’ and ‘The Good Shepherd Appeal’ Walk a Mile in their shoes’ event. In school, Year 1 have begun to walk 1 mile to raise money for both charities. 16 laps around the KS2 playground equals a mile we have done 10 so far so just six more to go! We enjoyed walking, skipping, running, clapping and counting to 100. This has also been a great opportunity get outside and be active.
