As part of our learning during this Multicultural term, Year 1 have been given The Church of England to explore. Today children had the opportunity to visit St James’ Church and learn more about the religion. Children carried out a treasure hunt inside the church, looking for the similarities and differences and had a lot of fun designing their own churches. At the end, we had a chance to worship by singing and dancing about how great our God is! We can’t wait to share our learning with the rest of the school.
